Angel Productions is a development, marketing, business consulting
firm that is dedicated to meeting the service needs of nonprofit
organizations. Headquartered in the Southern New Jersey, Guardian
Angel Productions serves a diversified client base that includes
education, cultural and performing arts professionals, health and
community service organizations.
Guardian
Angel Productions offers a comprehensive, strategic, creative

potential from all sources. Guardian Angel’s staff assists
organizations to form the strongest possible links to their
constituencies, and to position them for growth and stability while
looking for solutions to immediate challenges.
The approach
of Guardian Angel Productions is to complement an organization’s
existing staff with creative planning and counsel, when appropriate,
to fully execute strategies on the client’s behalf. Since its

Strategic
Planning and Development
- Analyze current
organizational information
- Identify key issues that
could constrain or promote future growth and success.
- Facilitate the priority
ranking of these current issues.
- Develop a description of
the organization today and a shared vision of its future.
- Define objectives in
specific goal areas, and develop effective action strategies to
reach each objective.
Program
Evaluation/Planning
- Establish an
organization’s case for support within the county.
- Identify strengths and
weakness, and recommend activities to further the organization’s
short and long term goals through annual, capital, and planned
giving programs.
- Assess current programs
and long-term program needs, help to define, organize, and write
program descriptions, and work with the organization’s committees
to match these programs with the needs of the community in which
it serves
Campaign Evaluation &
Planning Services
- Assess the readiness to
launch a major fund-raising initiative.
- Articulate the case for
support to be submitted with corporate and foundation application.
- Determine and set
realistic funding goals.
- Review the history of
support for the organization.
- Create the willingness of
the community to support the organization financially.
- Establish timelines and
organizational charts to track the success of funded programs.
- Prepare and present a
comprehensive report that includes evaluation and recommendations
for the established organization service programs.
- Produce and manage
detailed plan to address budgets, materials, promotion, and
timeline for activities and special events.
Fund-Raising Program
Planning
Multi-Year Funding Plan: Create and
establish a fundraising plan that addresses organization ability to
service an increasing client base. Define and set realistic plan for
funding, using income based budgeting tools. Assist organization in
setting goals in program management, budget, and cash flow
projections.
Major Gifts: Develop a major gifts
program or capital campaign, identify major individual prospects.
Assist organization to identify major individual prospect and
solicitation strategies to maximize their gifts.
Annual Giving: Create community awareness
and challenge programs, develop publications, sponsorship letters
and identify special event opportunities to increase annual giving.
Membership: Review current services and
benefits; generate new ideas for gaining new members and membership
renewal.
Corporate and Foundation Relations:
Research and identify prospects; recommend cultivation and
solicitation strategies; prepare and review grant applications and
proposals. Develop and review annual corporate giving programs.
Grant Proposal Preparation
- Guide the preparation of
proposals that will clearly articulate the case for support,
further the organization’s needs and match the giving history and
guidelines of targeted corporations, foundations, or individuals.
- Coordinate all grant
preparation, application and proposals with organization’s
committee
- Submit grant applications
as needed.
Communications
- Produce effective
fund-raising materials that position the organization in the
marketplace with the appropriate image and the right message,
whether in slide shows, videos, annual reports, case statements,
or other broadcast, website and printed materials.
Board Development
- Review organizations
by-laws and assess the board’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify, cultivate, and
enlist new board members as needed.
- Present exercises and
mini-workshops that educate board members and key volunteers about
their role in the organization’s fund-raising process.
- Conduct retreats to
facilitate board member consensus of strategic plan and goal
setting.
- Lead orientation and
training sessions on sponsorship activity and solicitation
techniques.
- Create “job descriptions”
for key volunteers involved in fund-raising activities.
MARKETING
SERVICES
Marketing
and Opinion Research
- Consultation, including
planning and analysis
- Creative services,
including fund-raising themes, and copy and design.
- Determine appropriate
research methodology.
- Design research
instruments (questionnaires, discussion guides, etc.)
- Moderate focus groups and
conduct individual, in-depth interviews.
- Manage all phases of
quantitative survey research including sampling, data collection
and analysis.
- Summarize finding and
make strategic recommendations.
Writing
- Provide experienced
writers to prepare case statements, corporate and foundation
proposals, newsletters, manuals, appeal letters, brochures, annual
reports and descriptive materials for fund-raising programs.
Advertising and
Promotion
- Devise a plan that will
build visibility for the organization, so that a positive basis is
laid for fund-raising activities. Plan and manage effective
internet based marketing strategy.
Media
Planning and Representation

Plan and implement a press and or web based initiative that will
establish a community need for the services and programs your
organization offers to the community as well as highlight
achievements of the organization.

community functions, presentations, meetings and events.
